Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $49.99 and 50% off international shipping on orders over $99.99. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What shipping services do you offer?
Domestic packages are sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Occasionally we'll use UPS for heavier parcels.
Inernational orders are generally shipped USPS First Class International.
How long will it take to receive my item?
In-stock items like hardware typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Custom items like printed keyboard cases can take 3-7 days to ship out, depending on our work load.
After you receive your shipping confirmation email, it will generally take about 3 business days to receive your package if you're in the US..
International orders are hard to estimate. Depending on customs it can be a few days to a few weeks. Generally, orders to Canada take 5-7 days, Great Britain and the EU take about 10-14 days, and Australia and Asia take two weeks or more.

What do I need to complete my build?
We've tried to make it as simple as possible. You will need:
- Top cases
- Bottom plates
- A hardware kit
- Switches
- Keycaps
- A male-to-male TRRS Cable
Optionally, you may want to include:
- Wrist rests
- Hotswap sockets
- RGB LEDs
- Piezo speakers (for QMK audio)
Do you build and sell complete boards?
We do not offer a build service as it's simply too time-intensive for our current situation.
If you're looking for a builder, we would suggest checking MechMarket. There are often builders advertising their services there. We are happy to ship your parts directly to your builder of choice.
