The Amoeba allows you to:

• Add single-color backlighting LEDs to your build. It has positions for both the LED (1.8mm builbs recommended) and a resistor (0805 SMD package or through-hole)
• Use through-hole diodes or SMD diodes (0805 or SOD-123)
• Clean up your wiring
